What happened to ian's iBeat?
Well, good things take their time - ian's iBeat is *not* dead! I'm still there, and I'm developing this fun tool in my spare time - and spare time is something I didn't have for the past three years... But now the time has come: The final version 2.0 will be soon available for download, including all features and functions You waited for so long! I'm currently testing the final version which still has some ugly bugs on Win XP. As soon I have removed these bugs, ian's iBeat 2.0 will be available! In the meantime, please take a look at the beta version, though it lacks the finest features...

 ian's iBeat V.2.0 BETA 1
ibeat This is an UNSUPPORTED BETA of the upcoming new version 2.0 without user banks and help, but with many, many cool and long-awaited features like pitch shifting, custom skins and audio-export readiness (export to WAV-files will be possible in the final 2.0 version, patterns created with this beta will then still work!). Final version will also be available for Mac OS X.
This Beta runs under Windows 95/98/ME/2000 and needs no installation. Check it out!

 iBeat Update from V.1.4/1.4a/1.4c to V.1.4d
ibeat Bugfix for Users of version 1.4/1.4a/1.4c. This Update fixes all the broken user bank saving functionality that stated "Property not found: #text" of v.1.4, the broken Autosave feature in the multimode of v.1.4a, and the single sample deletion bug of the Bank Manager in v.1.4c.
Note: This Update requires a fully installed iBeat V.1.4, 1.4a, or 1.4c (Download between 26/Aug/01 and 17/Jan/01), it is NOT suitable to update any previous iBeat version!
